TI Communities designs and delivers onsite programs and services to meet our residents’ needs and enhance their quality of life. Our five program pillars include afterschool academic support, credit building programs, health and wellness services, and much more, depending on the needs and interests of residents at each of our Seattle, WA apartments for rent, along with in Minneapolis, Texas, Maryland, Nevada, and Illinois. These demand-driven Enrichment Programs are provided at no cost to residents by subject matter experts we call “Resident Professionals” who live in our communities and become integral members of our team.
We know that life is better with a community to rely on. We strive to enhance our residents’ sense of connection to their neighbors and their community via personalized outreach and targeted resource referral. education
We are committed to supporting the whole family in meeting their goals in school and in work. Our education programs range from financial literacy to English and Spanish language courses to teen life skills.
Our HomeBase Youth Program provides school-aged children with homework assistance, one-on-one and small group tutoring, art and social emotional activities, and an afterschool snack. For children with access to internet at home, online education enrichment programs can also be found on our TI Communities Facebook page.
health and wellness
Our approach to health and wellness is built on making healthy fun! In addition to health education, nutrition, fitness and stress reduction topics, TI Communities partners with local health organizations and providers to join us onsite to provide health screenings, vaccines, healthy food distributions and health benefit enrollments.
safety and security
In addition to the operational emphasis TI Communities places on promoting safe and secure communities, we also strive to empower residents to take an active role in their own community safety by attending resident-facing safety programs offered onsite.
This can range from community watch meetings to online safety tips to natural disaster preparedness, and can include opportunities to meet with local police leaders, creating deeper connectivity to the region at large.
community building
Whether it’s a pool party or Mother’s Day celebration or a resident appreciation event, our Community Building programs are the social glue that keep residents connected to one another.
Often these welcoming, stress-free events are a great way for residents to get to know each other and learn about the other programs that we offer onsite.
green initiatives
Across the U.S., 63% of Americans are worried about global climate change, but many of us do not know what actions we can take in our personal lives to reduce its effects. In addition to making operational enhancements to improve the functioning of our buildings, such as increasing their water and energy efficiency, we also seek to engage residents in sustainability related programming. This includes conservation tips, home gardening programs, nature walks, and Earth Day celebrations. Over time, we’ve seen more and more residents requesting these kinds of programs and information and we are happy to offer tangible steps we all can take to be part of the solution!
