Accounting and Financial Services is responsible for creating and reviewing financial statements, preparing budgets, and assessing operations to improve efficiency and increase profits. They have a knack for numbers and can communicate complex concepts to non-mathematical colleagues. They are our rockstars!
Community Management
Community Managers serve as the face of our company. They are generally responsible for managing and handling communications in both directions. Community Managers are involved in various activities such as communications, PR, social media, events, and content creation.
Community Operations
Community Operators are the leaders, motivators and mentors of our communities. They bridge the gap between our corporate and on-site teams and are responsible for interpreting and communicating performance trends, initiating operational improvement, identifying causes behind the patterns and contributing to the development of our teams.
Construction & Facilities
Construction and Facilities coordinate and supervise the construction, maintenance, and renovations of our communities. They work closely with our vendors and oversee the upkeep of our equipment to ensure the safety of our residents and employees. They make sure jobs are completed efficiently and within regulatory guidelines and projected deadlines.
Marketing & Communications
Marketing & Communications sets the tone and feel of our brand for our employees and our customers. They are responsible for the strategic design, implementation and management of our online & offline communication strategies and are our brands storytellers.
Programming
Programming is what sets us apart from the rest. Our programming team recruits Resident Professionals, develops partnerships and resources for our residents and drives our virtual and in-person programming. They measure our engagement and keep our residents involved while giving them ample opportunities for professional and personal growth.
Resident Professionals
Resident Professionals are the lynchpin to all we do and are vital to our resident success. They have a focus on education, healthcare, community development and safety & security. They provide our residents with resources and developments that help them and their families grow across multiple platforms.
