BECOME A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY
Over time, TI Communities has engaged over 300 resident professionals in the delivery of our Enrichment Programs. These dedicated individuals receive deeply subsidized rent in exchange for serving their community. Resident professionals are the lynchpin to all we do and are vital to our resident’s success!
We are always looking to add energetic and passionate professionals to our team and look forward to hearing from interested candidates. If you have a heart for serving others, you may be uniquely qualified to join our team! Please reach out to express your interest here: email@example.com.
Our Resident Educators are subject-matter experts with rich experience in curriculum design and class facilitation that enables them to best meet the educational needs of their communities. They offer afterschool support, adult and youth language development, opportunities to build life skills, and much more.
Our Resident Health Coordinators are highly trained health professionals who leverage their diverse patient-serving backgrounds to enhance the health and wellbeing of their neighbors. They offer hands-on health education activities and courses across a variety of interests as well as engage healthcare partners to offer onsite screenings and services free of charge.
Our Resident Officers are local peace officers who promote a safe and secure environment. Serving as first responders in times of crisis or concern, their presence builds a deeper sense of connection between our residents and local jurisdictional agencies.
Our Resident Enrichment Ambassadors are responsible for creating meaningful community-building experiences such as family days and holiday celebrations.
They support the team with resident outreach and program planning, among other things.
Resident Resource Professionals serve their community by facilitating connections to readily available resources that vary from rental assistance to food supports to fitness classes in the park. They are integral in resident outreach efforts, working hand-in-hand with neighbors to identify needs and interests to tailor what resources are distributed on a monthly basis.
